First post. Today I’m going to be doing cardio at my taekwondo class, and then I will come home and work on some calisthenics. Second post. Today I’m going to be doing HIIT (High intensity interval training) it’s a 20 minute workout and burns fat for 48 hours after doing it you want to rest a day or 2 after you do it.
